AdzenX Ltd (company number 16671050), trading as AdzenX, generates enquiries for UK trades businesses. We decide how the personal information described here is used and we look after it. You can reach us at adzenxltd@gmail.com.

What We Collect

When you send the application on this page we collect your name, business name, mobile number and, if you add it, your email address, where you are based, and your answers about your business, such as how many engineers you have and how many more installs you want. If you book a call we keep the time you chose. If you call or message us we keep a note of the conversation.

If you arrive from one of our adverts, the web address you used carries tracking details such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid or gclid, and sometimes a town name. We send these, with the page you landed on and the site that referred you, along with your form. That tells us which advert produced your enquiry. If you never send the form, they are not sent to us. Our web server also records technical details such as your IP address and browser type, for security.

How We Use It

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and on a contract if we work together. We do not sell your information and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who We Share It With

We use trusted suppliers for web hosting, email, messaging and our customer records. They handle your information only on our instructions. If a supplier is based outside the UK, we make sure the transfer is covered by approved safeguards.

Measuring Our Adverts

This page uses Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, Google tag and Microsoft Clarity to measure which adverts lead to enquiries and how the page is used, which may include how a visit scrolls and clicks.

How Long We Keep It

If we do not end up working together, we keep your enquiry for 24 months and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep our records for the length of the agreement and six years after, for accounting and legal reasons.
